Use Instructions:

OneTouch Ultra Strips are used in conjunction with the OneTouch Ultra Meter to measure glucose in fresh capillary whole blood quantitatively.
These Strips and metre are designed for self-testing outside the body (in vitro diagnostic usage) by persons with diabetes at home and by health care professionals in the clinical environment to evaluate the effectiveness of diabetes management.
The OneTouch Ultra Strips and metre are designed to be used on the finger, palm, and forearm.
